BIOGRAPHY

I started beating on my dads drums around the age of 5, and never stopped. I began studying at school, and with local private instructors during my elementary years. This continued through high school.  I attended a 6 week summer program at Berklee College of Music and I was sold. I was accepted at Berklee and started in the fall of 1997. I spent 3 semesters learning various aspects of music, but realized I just wanted to play drums.  I left Berklee to go on tour with the Chad Hollister Band. After our first tour I moved to Vermont where the band was based.  I would travel back to Boston frequently to study with Gary Chaffee. I spent 2 years in Killington playing the local scene when we were not on the road. Though I loved Vermont I made the decision to move to LA. I landed there in Sept. 2001. During my 8 years in LA. I worked with various recording artist as a session/touring drummer, but spent most nights gigging with my bands. My primary job was making music, and that's what I want to do again. I moved back to Ohio in 2009 to be closer to family. I am searching for my musical family right  here at home.
